For Dalton L. Black of the Buhler FFA Chapter in Kansas, it’s all about a hard day’s work and having that wrench in his hand. After a few years installing lawn irrigation, he found success with a hydraulics company. Now, he can repair a complete hydraulic system by himself, running diagnostic tests and troubleshooting the repairs. From working daily with a mechanic, he has been improving his skills and become a star employee. Black’s parents are Charlie and Lesa and his FFA advisors are John Clark and Justin Seuser.
