Chris Heiser from the Lamar FFA Chapter in Arkansas took an FFA service event and turned it into his Supervised Agriculture Experience: a Dexter cattle dairy.
At his small dairy, he produces flavored butters. Heiser even developed his own butter churn. I met with Heiser in the career show at his booth, he was proud of his SAE.
