Caleb Horne from the Morrison FFA Chapter in Oklahoma was named the National Winner in the Prepared Public Speaking CDE Contest with his speech about carbon sequestration. Horne touches on the importance of educating farmers and consumers about this topic. He is extremely grateful for the opportunities FFA has given him and the friendships he has made along the way.
