Kelly Wilfert of the Mishicot FFA Chapter in Wisconsin works with her parents’ fruit and vegetable fresh market farm. While her brother became interested in the field work, Kelly became intrigued by the business end of the operation. She began by helping her parents stock shelves, working as a cashier and answering the telephone. Eventually, Wilfert started leading sales and marketing for the farm.
