Damon E. Pombo of the Tracy FFA Chapter in California raises a herd of Boer goats. He has 150 breeding does and three bucks. Originally, Pombo sold his goats for purebred breeding stock, market show goats and ethnic niche meat. He expanded his enterprise to also market his goats as weed control.
