Devon Feldt wins Wildlife Production and Management Proficiency

Possessing a long-standing passion for the outdoors, Devon Feldt of the Waupaca FFA Chapter in Wisconsin has worked with biologists and mentors to develop skills and achieve his proficiency goals.  Joining the American Wilderness Leadership School in Wyoming, Feldt joined a study of porcupines.  In the process, he had to learn how to trap, scan and process the animals to gain information on their movements, actions and interactions with the environment.  He is supported by his parents Dale and Mary and his FFA advisors Jennifer Erb and Rene’ Lehman. This award is sponsored by Land O’ Lakes Purina Feed.
